	what was gallium's first ever use?

do u kno the answer of its first use yet? i am doing a science project and thats one of the questions and my element is gallium. i cant find the answer and its due tomorrow. HELP!!

iI HAVE SEVERAL QUESTION ABOUT THE GALLIUM ELEMENT. 1 IS WHAT WAS IT FIRST USED FOR, 2 WHAT WAS ITS ORIGINAL USE FOR,3 ARE THERE ANY PROPERTIES THAT MAKES IT UNIQUE OR ESPECIALLY VALUABLE OR IS IT DANGEROUS TO HUMANS.
