  I need two interesting facts about iron

The iron Triad (which is Fe, Co, Ni) can create a megnetic field..Iron is the 2nd most commonly used in the earths crust...and Iron is also the most widely used metal

  Irons boiling point is 3000 degrees celcius

actually the boiling point is 2750 degrees C...4982 degrees F

Iron got it's symbolic name from that latin word Ferrum. and no one knows when iron was discovered it's just always been round,the only date that i can give u is the eygption iron age began round 6th centry...and iron's obtained from iron ore

iron carries oxygen throughout our blood..which keeps us alive it's used in many buildings, railroads, tools, cars bridges...etc

Iron is a transitional element..and the reason why u can't find who, how or when it was discoved is because no one knows for sure...every thing that i've found is talking bout the Egyption iron age that began round 7th or 6th centry...so yeah hope this helped u some
