Why are some letters uppercase and lowercase in the periodic table? Does the table ever change? If so, when and why? Who uses the table? Why do you think this is a good method to use?

I think that finding information on the internet should be a whole lot easier. Like on this site, i went through ask.com and i asked what is the latin name for titanium and i clicked on one of the links and it didnt even tell me the latin name for titanium. instead it gave me some other information that i already know and didnt need. that is my opinion on this.
