  neon was discovered by Sir William Ramsey and Morris W. Travers. This discovery was made in London, England, in 1898.

there are 10 protons, neutrons, and electrons in NEON. That is also NEONS atomic number. NEON is odorless, tasteless and colorless. it was discovered in 1898 by William Ramsay and Morris Travers in London, England. Good Luck@! ;)
