Color: Naturally colorless, reddish orange when plasma.

What are neon's chemical and physical properties?

Some chemical and physical properties of Neon is it's density, which is 1.207, it's valence is 0, it forms compounds with flourine, the atomic weight is 20.179 amu, and it is a Noble Gas. Some physical properties are the amount of protons and neutrons are 10, it is a gas at 298k, it is naturally colorless, though Neon plasma glows reddish orange.

I am sorry but neon was discovered by Sir William Ramsey and Morris Travers. They discovered 4 noble gases Neon, Argon,Krypton, and xenon. Which helped him discover Helium.
